It all begins with the right partner on the ground.
We are property consultants and a local partner for international buyers in Kenya. Our job is to make the Kenyan market understandable: which region fits, what a realistic price is, which documents need to be in place and who the right people to talk to are.
Palm Dream Homes was founded by Bernd, who has lived in Kenya for over 20 years and built his own house here first. Over the years this has grown into a network of lawyers, surveyors, architects and tradespeople – the foundation that lets a purchase or a build run calmly from Europe.
